Presenter Bio
Michelle Hurlbutt, RDH, MSDH Michelle claims she has had the best of all worlds of dental hygiene. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, with a BS in Dental Hygiene and the University of Missouri, Kansas City, with a MS in Dental Hygiene Education, Michelle’s career has included private practice, public health, corporate, continuing education, consulting and dental hygiene education. Michelle is an Associate Professor at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she teaches nutrition and pharmacology to entry level students. She is also the Director of the Online BSDH Degree Completion Program, where she teaches research, education, and cariology courses. Michelle has had additional training in motivational interviewing. Always up for a new challenge, Michelle is enrolled in a doctorate program in Health Science.
