Rosemary Bray is an outstanding motivational speaker, trainer, and consultant specializing in building better teamwork through communications and other proven techniques. She consults with practices to improve the in-person, telephone, and written communication; customer service; marketing; and patient/staff motivation. She draws upon her more than 40 years of experience in orthodontics and dentistry for her training exercises and lectures. She has lectured nationally and internationally on behalf of the American Association of Orthodontics, numerous orthodontic companies, various dental societies, orthodontic and dental study groups, as well as for her own workshops and seminars. |
