Composite resins are commonly used to perform a direct approach in dentistry. Building up a restoration directly on teeth could be an excellent technique, but sometimes it is not so easy to achieve a good result due to its access. Deciding on indirect restorations may be better to surpass this issue and the use of a silicone model makes this practice easier.
